4. Browser storage and phone input

The website temporarily stores only the four multiple-choice answers in your browser session so you can move through the form. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and descriptions are not saved to browser storage by this website. The phone-country selector and formatting assets are hosted locally. This version does not use an IP location lookup, advertising pixels or analytics cookies.

Inquiry details may remain in the receiving services for case review and follow-up. Retention depends on the receiving systems and operational needs. Limit your description to the basic facts needed for the inquiry. Relevant providers process information to operate the intake and communication service.
